Nanning Track Maintenance Department Tunnel Entrance Micro-Deformation Monitoring Instrument Project
Within the jurisdiction of the Nanning Track Maintenance Section, an integrated inclinometer system has been deployed at multiple railway tunnel portals, totaling 920 units. This enables continuous, automated monitoring of micro‑deformations in tunnel portal slopes and structures, with data transmitted to a central platform in real time, thereby providing precise, data‑driven support for track maintenance and flood‑control and disaster‑prevention efforts.

Guilin Spepc Technology deployed a bridge bearing displacement monitoring system for the Guiyang–Guangzhou Passenger Railway’s Guihuacun Double-Track Supermajor Bridge in two phases, in September 2018 and November 2020, installing a total of five sets of bridge bearing monitors. The equipment continuously monitors the longitudinal and transverse displacements of the bearings, with data transmitted to the railway structural monitoring platform, providing precise data support for assessing the condition of high-speed railway bridge bearings and for maintenance and repair.

Nanning Railway Bureau Track Maintenance Flood-Prevention Monitoring Equipment Project
In December 2022, Spepc Technology supplied the Nanning Railway Group with 3,638 sets of integrated tilt monitoring instruments (inclinometers) and 300 rockfall detectors for its five track maintenance sections in Baise, Nanning, Guilin, Liuzhou, and Yulin. These devices cover main lines such as the Nankun, Xianggui, Yizhan, Jiaoliu, Qiangui, and Hemao railways, enabling automated monitoring and early warning of slope instability and high-risk areas prone to rockfalls along the routes, thereby effectively enhancing flood‑control capabilities during the rainy season.

Guizhou Wenjiaba Mining Co., Ltd. Slope Safety Monitoring Project
In October 2023, Spepc Technology deployed an automated slope monitoring system for Guizhou Wenjiaba Mining Co., Ltd., installing five sets of integrated tilt monitors (inclinometers), three crack meters, three collapse sensors, and one rain gauge. This enables real-time monitoring of slope deformation, cracks, collapses, and rainfall, along with intelligent early warning, providing data support for safe mine operations.
