Visual Monitoring Project for Subgrade Settlement on the Pengze Section of the Tongjiu Railway, Nanchang Railway Bureau

In monitoring subgrade settlement along the Pengze section, the Nanchang Railway Bureau has pioneered the use of visual‑intelligence deformation monitoring technology. This solution leverages 8‑megapixel imagery and subpixel algorithms to achieve submillimeter‑level accuracy over a 400‑meter range, while incorporating an integrated ±0.2°C temperature‑stabilization control system. By employing AI‑driven automatic feature recognition and multi‑target tracking, it enables real‑time, continuous monitoring of subgrade settlement across multiple cross‑sections, along with intelligent early warning capabilities.
