Rainfall and Reservoir Water Level Monitoring and Dam Safety Surveillance Project for Tiekouyuan Reservoir


In February 2023, SPEPC deployed GNSS, piezometers, rain gauges, video surveillance, and submersible water level sensors at the Tiekouyuan Reservoir, enabling comprehensive automated monitoring of rainfall conditions and dam safety, thereby providing data support for the reservoir’s safe operation and routine maintenance.

Wuzhou Slope-Cutting Housing Construction Visual Intelligent Deformation Monitoring Project


At a site in the Wuzhou region of Guangxi, a visual‑intelligence deformation monitoring system was deployed on‑site. The equipment was mounted on a rooftop observation platform to perform real-time displacement monitoring of 16 passive infrared targets installed on the slope behind the building. The platform provides real-time displays of horizontal and vertical displacement curves as well as the device’s temperature‑control curve, supports displacement alarms and target‑loss alerts, and enables non‑contact, sub‑millimeter‑level landslide monitoring.

Automated Monitoring Project for Debris Flow Hazard Sites in Nyingchi, Tibet


In 2022, SPEPC, as the leading entity, participated in a field trial project organized by the Geological Disaster Technical Guidance Center of the Ministry of Natural Resources. It was responsible for constructing automated monitoring stations at three debris-flow hazard sites in Chawalong Township, Nyingchi City, Tibet, installing equipment such as rain gauges, mud-water level monitors, and audio‑visual alarms. The project successfully withstood the glacial plateau environment, validating the reliability and stability of the monitoring devices in high‑altitude, cold regions.

Guangxi Land Subsidence Monitoring Network Construction Project


In 2024, Spepc Technology participated in Guangxi’s first large-scale ground subsidence (karst collapse) monitoring network project, providing 170 sets of water–gas pressure sensors for karst conduit and fracture systems, 58 water-level monitors, 52 deep-displacement devices, 7 automatic rain gauges, and one set of monitoring data platform software across 23 monitoring zones in six cities including Guilin, Liuzhou, and Yulin. All equipment was integrated into Guangxi’s ground subsidence monitoring and early-warning platform, enabling real-time collection of water–gas pressure, groundwater level, deep displacement, and rainfall data, along with tiered early warnings. The project passed expert acceptance at the end of 2024, effectively addressing the shortcomings in monitoring and early warning in areas of severe karst collapse in Guangxi and providing technical safeguards for the safety of railways, bridges, municipal infrastructure, and residential areas.

Guandong Highway Development Center Highway Corridor Monitoring Project


The Guidong Highway Development Center, in response to high mountainous slopes and potential geological hazard sites along its jurisdictional road sections, has deployed two sets of Spepc Technology GNSS receivers and two sets of integrated tilt monitors. Powered by solar energy and utilizing 4G wireless transmission, the data is transmitted in real time to the highway monitoring platform, enabling automated monitoring of surface displacement and tilt changes on the slopes, thereby providing data support for risk prevention during the flood season and for highway maintenance.

Jiangxi Transportation Design Institute Slope Monitoring Project


In April 2025, Jiangxi Provincial Transportation Design Institute Co., Ltd. will procure 34 sets of Spepc Technology’s integrated tilt monitoring instruments and 3 sets of integrated soil moisture monitoring instruments for slope stability monitoring along highways. The equipment utilizes solar power combined with 4G wireless transmission, with data uploaded to a monitoring and early-warning platform, enabling real-time monitoring of slope inclination and deformation as well as soil moisture content, thereby providing data support for highway slope safety assessment and maintenance design.
