Structural Safety Monitoring and Early Warning
We provide tailored solutions for your industry.
SPEPC has successively deployed an intelligent turnout management system for the dedicated line of the Liuzhou South Railway Station oil depot and the Liuzhou Passenger Technical Service Station, installing a total of 21 sets of intelligent turnout locks and 3 wireless gateways. This enables remote real-time monitoring of turnout status, operational authorization, and electronic closed-loop management, effectively enhancing the safety assurance level for hazardous materials transportation and shunting operations at the passenger technical service station.

Kunming Railway Group Debris Flow Early Warning and Monitoring Project
China Railway Kunming Bureau Group Co., Ltd.’s Guangtong Track Maintenance Section has deployed a total of seven SPEPC mudslide monitoring and alarm systems along high-risk mudslide sections of the Dali–Ruili, Dali–Lincang, and Yunnan–Tibet railways within its jurisdiction. The equipment collects real-time data on mudwater levels, vibrations, rainfall, and other critical parameters, transmitting this information via 4G or the Beidou satellite system to a monitoring and early-warning platform, thereby enabling automated monitoring and early warning of mudslide hazards and providing technical support for flood‑control safety on mountainous railways.

State Grid 1000kV UHV Wuhu Substation Low-Reactance Tilt and Displacement Monitoring Project
At the 1000kV UHV Wuhu Substation of State Grid, a support column for a reactor device has shown tilting and deformation. Spepc Technology has deployed an intelligent visual deformation monitoring system that uses non-contact sub-millimeter displacement measurement to track in real time the deformation trends of the support column after reinforcement. The system can simultaneously monitor multiple columns with a single unit, delivering stable and reliable data, thereby providing grid experts with precise evidence to assess reinforcement effectiveness and mitigate the risk of toppling.

Jiangxi Shidai Mining Lithium Mine Stope Deformation Monitoring Project
The lithium spodumene mine at SPEPC’s Jiangxi Shidai Mining, a subsidiary controlled by CATL, features steep slopes and frequent blasting vibrations. Guilin SPEPC has deployed high-precision visual deformation monitoring instruments, utilizing multi-target scanning technology that enables a single device to simultaneously track 10 targets. Powered by solar energy and transmitting data via 4G, the system connects to a cloud platform for intelligent early warning, effectively mitigating the risk of collapses and ensuring the mine’s safe and stable operations.
