Guizhou Wenjiaba Mining Co., Ltd. Slope Safety Monitoring Project
In October 2023, Spepc Technology deployed an automated slope monitoring system for Guizhou Wenjiaba Mining Co., Ltd., installing five sets of integrated tilt monitors (inclinometers), three crack meters, three collapse sensors, and one rain gauge. This enables real-time monitoring of slope deformation, cracks, collapses, and rainfall, along with intelligent early warning, providing data support for safe mine operations.

The retaining wall is constructed of rubble-masonry concrete; however, since it cannot adequately support the heavy concrete guardrail, the latter has now been replaced with a stainless-steel guardrail to reduce the load on the wall. Currently, localized deformation and settlement have developed in the backfilled slope, causing the entire mass to slide southward. This has resulted in cracking of the pavement in the residential area of the GT Factory on the north side, as well as structural changes to the retaining wall: cracks have appeared, with the left side of the wall exhibiting a 1-meter-long crack up to 7 cm wide and the right side a 2-meter-long crack up to 10 cm wide. These conditions pose a serious threat to traffic safety on the road below and present a significant safety hazard.

Liuzhou Sanjiang Debris Flow Emergency Monitoring Project
On September 11, 2020, Gaonong Village, Yanjiao Town, Sanjiang County, Liuzhou City, was hit by continuous heavy rainfall. The emergency monitoring equipment constructed by Spepc Technology issued continuous audio‑visual alarms before the debris flow occurred, enabling villagers to evacuate promptly and successfully avoid the disaster, with no casualties. This case was featured in special reports on CCTV News Channel 13 and CCTV-4, the Chinese International Channel.

Xing’an Yinjian Tailings Pond Automated Safety Monitoring Project
In 2021, Guilin Spepc Technology undertook the automated safety monitoring project for the Yinjian Tailings Pond in Xing’an, deploying integrated inclinometers, crack monitors, rain gauges, piezometers, and video surveillance equipment to conduct comprehensive, real-time monitoring of dam deformation, cracks, seepage, and the reservoir area’s environmental conditions. This system provides automatic alerts when data exceed set thresholds, offering a dual safeguard of scientific technological defense and human oversight to ensure the safe operation of the tailings pond.

Guizhou Geological Disaster and Territorial Security Monitoring Project
Guizhou is located in the eastern part of the Yunnan–Guizhou Plateau, where the geological environment is fragile and geological hazards are frequent. The project has deployed integrated inclinometers, landslide monitors, rain gauges, crack meters, radar water level sensors, and other instruments at numerous potential hazard sites across the province, enabling automated monitoring and early warning and providing technical support for disaster prevention and mitigation.

Guangxi Large-Scale Monitoring Station Construction Project for 2022–2024
From 2022 to 2024, SPEPC consecutively won bids for Guangxi’s geological hazard monitoring and early warning projects, cumulatively establishing hundreds of automated monitoring stations and deploying equipment such as tilt‑angle accelerometers, rain gauges, and soil moisture sensors. These devices transmit data via 4G or LoRa to the provincial early warning platform, enabling round‑the‑clock monitoring and intelligent early warning at potential hazard sites.
