Intelligent Multi-Mode Gateway

The wireless gateway is a self-organizing network device based on LoRa spread-spectrum communication technology. It supports multi-node access and long-range relay communication, enabling local networking and data aggregation for monitoring devices even in areas without public network coverage. The gateway features high-capacity connectivity, low-latency forwarding, and self-healing network capabilities, making it ideal for deploying monitoring systems in communication‑constrained environments such as mountainous regions, tunnels, and underground facilities.

Single-coil axle-counting sensor

The single‑coil axle‑counting sensor offers advantages such as a short sensing range, elimination of the need for analog‑to‑digital conversion, and the ability to detect low‑speed trains. It enables vehicle count determination, vehicle type identification, and monitoring of track‑section occupancy and vacancy status. This sensor can be widely deployed in railway freight yards, locomotive depots, and similar settings, providing an efficient and reliable solution for railway information management.

Barrier Gate Status Monitor

The barrier‑gate status monitor is an intelligent monitoring terminal specially designed for gates, bollards, and various types of barrier‑gate equipment. This product integrates high‑precision sensing technology with a reliable communication protocol, enabling real‑time detection of the gate’s open/close status and remote transmission of data to the management backend.

Level Crossing Control and Management Integrated Unit

The Level Crossing Control and Management Integrated Unit is a highly integrated, highly reliable smart control device specifically designed for manned railway–highway grade crossings. This product combines computing, display, communication, and expansion into a single system, offering robust data-processing capabilities and a wide range of interface configurations. It comprehensively meets the comprehensive management requirements of automated level-crossing control, status monitoring, data communication, and equipment interoperation.

Facing Typhoon “Maysak” — Guilin SPEPC’s intelligent monitoring equipment provides continuous early warnings, working in coordination with coastal railway maintenance units to safeguard the slope safety防线.

On July 5, Typhoon “Maysak” reached Guangxi. An integrated tilt-monitoring device deployed by SPEPC continuously detected abnormal tilt angles at multiple slope locations within the jurisdiction of the coastal railway maintenance unit, triggering multi-level alerts—blue, yellow, orange, and red—according to the system’s grading criteria.

The joint research and development achievement of Spepc Technology and the Xining Locomotive Depot was featured in a special report by the Qinghai-Tibet Railway newspaper.

On May 23, 2026, the Qinghai–Tibet Railway newspaper published a special report titled “‘Digital’ Guardians of Health, ‘Smart’ Safeguards for Safety,” highlighting the locomotive crew health and sleep‑monitoring system jointly developed by the Xining Locomotive Depot and Spepc Technology. The report noted that this system has enabled a historic leap in shift‑duty management, shifting from “presence at the post” to “optimal condition”; the frequency of manual rounds has dropped by approximately 70%, and abnormal alerts are resolved within an average of five minutes, providing robust assurance for railway safety on the plateau. This recognition from a leading industry media outlet marks a new milestone in the application of Spepc Technology’s non‑contact intelligent monitoring technology.

Our company will showcase its intelligent monitoring products at the 2026 Jiangxi Mining Expo, supporting the development of green and smart mines.

Jiangxi is a region in China rich in mineral resources, with a large number of mines spanning various types. Consequently, there is an especially urgent need for monitoring geological safety hazards such as slope stability and tailings pond safety. Our company has designated Jiangxi as a key strategic area for mine safety monitoring, and even prior to this exhibition, we had already established a localized team—Spepc Electronic Technology Co., Ltd. in Jiangxi—to ensure swift responses to the needs of regional customers.
