1. Responsible for the development, upgrade, and maintenance of embedded system software.
2. Responsible for preparing software design documents and participating in requirements analysis and discussions.
3. Responsible for debugging and verifying code, and designing test cases.
Job Requirements
1. Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Information and Communications, Computer Science, or a related field; at least 3 years of experience in embedded product development; solid foundation in software development; thorough understanding of the embedded software development lifecycle; expert proficiency in C; demonstrated experience in developing embedded applications based on MCUs, microcontrollers, Linux, and other embedded platforms.
2. Thorough understanding of fundamental operating system principles, with development experience on RTOS and Linux platforms, and familiarity with the ecosystem of mainstream RTOSs;
3. Familiar with common bus-based communication peripherals and protocols, such as RS-485, UART, I2C, and SPI.
4. Familiarity with one or more operating system kernels, such as FreeRTOS, LiteOS, uC/OS, and Linux; candidates with experience in the development and testing of these kernels will be given priority.
5. Master basic analog and digital electronics knowledge;
6. Strong communication and problem-solving skills, excellent hands-on ability, a proactive and positive work attitude, and a strong team-player mentality.

Job Responsibilities
1. Based on the product requirements document, develop the hardware product R&D roadmap, prepare technical implementation plans, and decompose R&D tasks, including hardware development and embedded software development; coordinate resources to drive the implementation of product features and ensure project R&D progress.
2. Responsible for the research, development, and implementation of hardware products, including but not limited to business analysis, requirement breakdown, platform architecture design, product R&D and design, testing, development, and deployment.
3. Responsible for resolving software and hardware-related issues during the development process, conducting defect and failure analysis, and proposing accurate and optimized remediation measures and control plans to ensure product R&D and design quality and provide technical assurance for mass production.
4. Lead the project’s technical team in overcoming various technical challenges, oversee the review and monitoring of key milestones in product technology development, and assume responsibility for the costs, risks, and timelines associated with product R&D.
5. Responsible for developing document templates throughout the project development lifecycle and managing the control of essential project documentation; preparing product-related technical documents; providing technical guidance and training to project team members; and continuously improving technical development efficiency.
Job Requirements
1. Bachelor’s degree or higher in electronics, communications, automation, or a related field; at least 5 years of proven experience in the successful development of embedded products.
2. Possess a solid foundation in analog electronics and be proficient in hardware circuit design and embedded software development.
3. Familiar with the product development process, with comprehensive experience in product planning and development, hardware R&D process system construction, and hardware architecture planning.
4. Possesses strong communication and mentoring skills, a strong sense of responsibility, high stress tolerance, and demonstrated team management experience along with a solid understanding of management theory.
5. Strong execution and learning capabilities, coupled with effective time management, task management, and goal-setting skills, enabling rapid advancement of project R&D initiatives.
6. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in railway product development.
