This scheme employs UWB ultra-wideband radar-based… Non-contact sleep monitor (SPG-01), installed above the beds in the rest room, on-duty building, or train crew dormitory (ceiling‑mounted or tilted installation).
The device uses radar waves to penetrate the mattress, accurately monitoring respiratory rate (accuracy ±3 bpm), heart rate (accuracy ±5 bpm), body movement, and bed‑in/bed‑out status, while automatically analyzing six key sleep‑quality metrics: total sleep duration, proportion of deep sleep, number of awakenings, and number of movements.
Data is transmitted via LoRa self‑organizing networks or 4G to the health management platform, generating personalized sleep quality reports, team‑level comparative analyses, and optimization recommendations. When abnormal physiological signs—such as respiratory arrest or tachycardia—or severe sleep deprivation are detected, the system issues real-time alerts to management personnel, enabling prompt intervention to safeguard crew health and ensure operational safety.
